The Conserve Fratelli Polli Società Anonima, usually known simply Polli Company, was an Italian food company born in the center of Milan, in Italy. Soon the stores becomes a meeting place for intellectuals, writers and musicians, like Giuseppe Verdi, Gabriele D' Annunzio, Arnaldo Fraccaroli, Dario Niccodemi, Renato Simoni that became frequent visitors. The goods food of Polli Corporation were traveling often on boats rivers network "Naviglio Grande" that connected the commercial way between Milan and the Ticino, sometimes came to the port of Genoa.
